1. Introduction

Welcome to Vauxhall Green Dry Cleaners Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our walk-in or delivery services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


2. Our Services

We offer professional dry cleaning, laundry, ironing, and alteration services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Dry Cleaning

  • Laundry & Ironing

  • Curtain Cleaning

  • Bedding & Duvet Cleaning

  • Wedding Dress Cleaning

  • Leather & Suede Cleaning

  • Alterations & Repairs

  • Uniform Cleaning


3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove all items from pockets before submitting garments.

  • Please provide accurate cleaning instructions and ensure garments are suitable for cleaning.

  • We are not responsible for items left in pockets or for damage caused by incorrect or misleading care labels.


4. Walk-In Customers

  • Customers will receive a receipt for all items left in-store.

  • This receipt must be presented upon collection.

  • Items not collected within 90 days may be donated or disposed of responsibly.


5. Collection and Delivery

  • We offer collection and delivery services within select local areas.

  • Customers must be available at the agreed time and address.

  • Once an order has been delivered and confirmed, responsibility transfers to the customer.


6. Stain Removal

While we take every effort to remove stains, some stains may be permanent or may cause fabric damage if treated aggressively. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.


7. Damage and Loss

While every item is handled with care, our liability for lost or damaged items due to our negligence is limited to ten times the cleaning charge for that item or its current value, whichever is lower.


8. Payments and Pricing

  • Prices are available in-store and may change without notice.

  • Payment is due upon collection or delivery.

  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays, or damages beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, flood, theft, or traffic delays.


10. Complaints

  • Customers must report any complaints within 48 hours of receiving their cleaned items.

  • We will investigate and resolve issues promptly and fairly.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
