Why it matters
Curtain and Rug Cleaning Near Me, From a Shop You Can Visit
Curtains and rugs are easy to forget. They sit in the same room every day, quietly collecting dust, cooking smells and the odd spill, until one day the room just does not feel as fresh as it should.
Taking them down and carrying them across London is a hassle, and putting them in a home washing machine is a risk most fabrics do not survive. That is where a local cleaner helps. We look at each curtain and rug before we start: we check the fabric, the lining, the backing and the care label, and we note any marks or worn areas so you know what to expect. Curtains are priced by size, so we measure them, and every piece is cleaned to suit its fabric, whether it is light linen, heavy velvet or a lined blackout curtain. Rugs and delicate fabrics are handled with the same care. Because our shop is on Kennington Lane, you can drop them off yourself or book a free pickup and let us do the carrying.
Live closer to the river? See our curtain cleaning in Vauxhall page for more on how we look after curtains. For clothes, there is our dry cleaning near me service.
